Damaged Order
Please contact our support and provide your order number and photos of the packing slip, any visible damage on the box your order arrived in, and any visible damage to the product. This will allow us to assist in the best way possible and document this instance for the chosen carrier.
Please note: We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use or cleaning, or non-standard usage to the Gear we sell.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We are unable to edit orders and order contents once they are processed. If your order has not been processed, we will happily cancel & refund your order. Please contact our support if you have any further questions.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes but is not limited to: Buy 1 Get 1 Free sales and discount codes greater than 20%
If you would like to return your product for a refund:
- Product(s) must be unopened and in its original condition, as we are unable to accept opened products due to food safety reason.
- Product(s) must have been purchased directly from madrinascoffee.com
- Product(s) must be returned in all original packaging, accessories, and packing slip.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, which must be an insured and traceable shipping method. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of delivery stated on tracking information. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used. This includes gift cards. We cannot refund another form of payment if a gift card was used at checkout. Please feel free to reach out to ourcustomer serviceif you have any additional questions.
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for refunds.
How do I change or cancel my Madrinas subscription?
To cancel your existing subscription please go to your account login. This will bring you to our customer log in page. From here you can login with the email you used to place your order and make changes or cancel your subscription. If your next subscription order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the individual order.
Shipping
Processing time
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship orders out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and no orders are shipped on the weekends. Orders will be processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days from the date placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to update.
Please note: During high-volume seasons, large sales, or new product launches, orders may take up to 10 business days to process.
Pre-Sale Items
When purchasing pre-sale products, you can find the estimated ship date mentioned on the product page. Please note, if you add any extra items to an order that includes a pre-sale product, they will be held and shipped together once the pre-sale item is ready to be shipped.
Domestic Shipping
While dependent on the speed of shipping chosen at checkout, domestic shipments typically arrive within one week after the order has been processed. However, our control is limited once an order leaves our facility. We have little to no control over the chosen carrier once they pick up the package. We are reliant on our carriers for all tracking and delivery updates.
Please note: Domestic shipments may take up to 3 weeks for final delivery.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for paying any additional costs including duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. We are continually working on ways to decrease our international shipping charges, but we are happy to be able to offer #coffee4fuel all over the world. Check with your country's customs or border agency to determine whether or not they are accepting imports prior to placing an order with madrinascoffee.com. By placing an order, you agree to take responsibility if the package is barred from entering the country. Any orders that are stopped at customs due to a dairy or COVID restriction will not be reshipped or refunded. Please reach out to our support with any questions!
Please note: International shipments may take up to 10 weeks for final delivery.
Incorrect address / returned to sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the address is incomplete, it is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or it has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mail carrier, please notify our support to receive a refund of your product cost total. Once the package has been delivered back to us, our team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order. We are not able to refund the shipping cost.
Please note: We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. Please double-check that you have provided the correct shipping address and information.
Lost or stolen packages
If your package was marked "delivered" but you still haven't received it, or you are unable to locate it, here is what we suggest:
Delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake and should arrive the following day.
Contact your local USPS post office or FedEx support. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions and will generally provide helpful information.
If the package still does not show up, please file a claim with the carrier. Madrinas cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

What is a Fruit Fueler
It’s clean caffeine from green (unroasted) coffee beans – without the coffee taste – for all-natural energy. Even better, it’s got refreshing fruity flavors with low sugar and low calories. What makes Madrinas cold brew different?

What is green coffee?
Believe it or not, the coffee bean that is widely grown throughout the world is the seed of a coffee cherry. When beans are harvested, they're green and flavorless. Coffee Beans don't take on their brown hue and roasty, bold flavor (that is normally associated with coffee) until after they've gone through the roasting process.
How do I enjoy whole bean coffee?
If you are new to the Whole Bean Coffee world and need help- the Madrinas Team put together a list of different brewing methods to make you the next all-star barista! Our Coffee Beans are only available in Whole Bean - if you don't have one, you will need a grinder! Whole Bean Coffee gives you the opportunity to make your cup of coffee the way you like it best! See below for brewing methods:
Traditional Coffee Maker: The easiest way to brew hot coffee is by using a typical coffee maker - Just set it and forget it! (But don’t forget coffee filters!
Cold Brew: If you love cold brew (and have some extra time on your hands) try using a Cold Brew Coffee Maker! Cold Brew is made without heat, which creates lower acidity for a smoother, naturally sweet taste.
French Press: If you like your coffee strong with more body, use a French Press! French Press allows you to make a cup of coffee to your individual taste. You can vary the amount of time that the coffee grounds are steeped, the type and size of grounds used, and the temperature of the water.
Pour Over: Pour Over brewing can create a more flavorful cup of coffee. The slower the water filters through the grounds, the more flavor that is extracted. If you want the prefect temperature water for your Pour Over or French Press, we recommend getting an electric kettle.
K-Cups: If you currently use k-cups & a Keurig - we recommend grinding up our Whole Beans and using a reusable k-cup in your Keurig!

How much caffeine can I have per day?
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends that adults over the age of 18 consume no more than 400mg of caffeine per day and no more than 200mg in one serving. You can safely consume up to two servings of our powdered products, and four servings of our whole bean in a day.
