Baker's Vanilla Cupcake Iced Coffee

- 1 cup of Vanilla Cupcake Flavored Coffee, cooled (best to do this the night before and store in the fridge)
- 1/8 cup of vanilla syrup
- 2 cups of ice
- Your choice of creamer

1. Heat water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer
2. Allow to simmer for 5-8 minutes, then remove from heat
3. Stir in vanilla extract and allow to cool
4. Add ice to insulated cup or your favorite iced coffee glass
5. Pour coffee over top, add vanilla syrup and cream
